      for food safety: keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165°f before use. Refrigerate leftovers.

      preparation instructions: stovetop: in a saucepan, place frozen broccoli into 1/4 cup boiling water. Gently heat and stir until water returns to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until desired tenderness. Microwave: place frozen broccoli in a microwave safe dish and add 2 tbsp water. Cover and cook on high 5 to 8 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Let stand covered 2 minutes. Drain if desired, season to taste, stir and serve. Microwave cooking times vary with ovens-avoid over cooking. Cook to 165°f for quality and food safety.
