      •Johnsonville’s Original Brat Grillers are easy-to-grill, flavor-packed patties. Made with premium cuts of pork and 17g of protein per serving, these patties serve as a nice addition to any cookout the whole family can enjoy.

      Family-owned since 1945, Johnsonville began when Ralph F. and Alice Stayer opened a small butcher shop in Johnsonville, Wisconsin. Their philosophy was simple; take premium cuts of meat with quality spices to make great-tasting sausages. Today, Johnsonville is made with the same philosophy in Johnsonville, Wisconsin.

      Ingredients

      Pork, Water, Corn Syrup, And Less Than 2% Of The Following: Salt, Dextrose, Lemon Juice Powder (corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice Solids, And Natural Flavors), Natural Flavors, Bha, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid.

      Directions

      Grilling: Cook product from frozen. Preheat grill to medium-low. Add patties. Cook, covered, for 15-17 minutes until patties are browned and the internal temperature is 160°F, turning patties occasionally.

      Stovetop Pan Fry: Cook product from frozen. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Add patties. Cook until browned, about 6 minutes, turning patties once. Carefully add ½ cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F.

      Broil: Cook product from frozen. Place oven rack in center position and preheat oven to broil. Place patties on a foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 13-16 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F, turning patties occasionally.
