Cooking Instructions: Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and exterior is well browned. Due to special curing process and flavoring, sausage will remain pink inside when fully cooked. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Stovetop: Slice thawed sausage roll into 12 thin patties and place in skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 13 to 18 minutes.
