      Cooked Enriched Rotini Pasta (durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Broccoli, Water, Carrots, Whey, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Flavors, Salt, Soybean Oil, Palm Oil, Cheddar Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (whey, Milkfat, Lactic Acid, Salt), Whey Protein Concentrate, Xanthan Gum, Milk Protein Concentrate, Sodium Alginate, Annatto And Paprika Extract (color).

      Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: Microwave in Bag: Place unopened bag. This side up on microwavable dinner plate. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook times for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200, Time on High: 8 to 9 minutes. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook times for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1000, Time on High: 10-1/2 to 12-1/2 minutes. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook times for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 700, Time on High: 13 to 16 minutes. Cook on Stove-Top: Pour entire contents of bag into 3-quart nonsticksaucepan. Do not add water. Cover; cook over medium heat 14 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce chips are melted and vegetables are thoroughly cooked. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Hot! Avoid steam!
