      Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Sour Culture, Sugar, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Semolina, Cultured Wheat Flour, Cultured Rye Flour Honey, Canola Oil, Hulled Millet, Salt, Wheat Berries, Aye Berries, Whole Oats, Flax Seed, Cultured Wheat Starch, Teff, Yeast, Amaranth, Poppy Seeds, Enzymes.

      Directions

      Baking Instructions: Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees F. Remove all outside packaging. Place bread directly on center oven rack. If bread is room temperature, bake 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. If bread is frozen, bake 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. Baker's Notes: For a crispier crust, bake at max time. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag ad freeze in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.
